Aphrodite, Pisces Gold Saint

"This is the first picture I've done in many years about Aphrodite, the Pisces Gold Saint. In spite of his name and looks... he's male. I have the personal challenge of making a picture about this guy trying he'd look more masculine, but keeping the original design; but it seems I didn't get it. The personal challenge also was the amour, I tried to find out if I could do a golden amour without using the previous methods. That's because it looks more shining than the previous examples. The background is a mix of cosmos and lavender and white squares, just because they're the Pisces' colors; the flowers and ornaments are Aphrodite's weapons, after all. As usual, it's done with an inked original picture and tons of Photoshop.

Este es el primer dibujo en muchos años que hago del Caballero de Piscis... porque, aunque no lo parece, es un hombre. Me propuse este dibujo como reto personal para probar si podía hacerlo más masculino pero sin perder la idea original, y parece que no lo he conseguido. El resto también estaba en la armadura, pretendía saber si podía hacerla de oro sin recurrir a los mismo métodos que anteriormente, es por eso que resulta más espectacular. El fondo es el habitual cosmos con el color malva y blanco que se supone que son los del signo de Piscis; los ornamentos florales es por las rosas, las armas de Afrodita. Como de costumbre, dibujo original a tinta y (muy) retocado con Fotoshop. "
